1. Registration and Badges
- Your digital ticket serves as your registration confirmation
- Present your QR code at check-in to receive your badge
- Badges must be worn and visible at all times during the event
- Badges are non-transferable and for the registered attendee only
- Lost badges may be replaced at the registration desk with ID verification
2. Event Access
- Access is limited to registered attendees with valid badges
- Some sessions may have capacity limits - arrive early for popular talks
- VIP/Executive areas are restricted to holders of Executive passes
- Workshops may require pre-registration due to equipment/space constraints
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted to info@arctic-con.com
- Requests made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus processing fees
- Requests made 15-30 days before: 50% refund
- Requests made less than 15 days before: No refund, but tickets may be transferred with approval
- Sponsor-provided tickets: Contact your sponsor for their refund policy
4. Photography and Recording
- ArcticCon may photograph or record sessions for promotional use
- By attending, you consent to appear in such recordings
- Personal photography is permitted in most areas
- Respect speaker requests regarding recording of their sessions
- Do not photograph attendee badges without permission
5. Health and Safety
- Follow all venue safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Report any safety concerns to staff immediately
- ArcticCon reserves the right to implement health protocols as needed
- Attendees with contagious illnesses should not attend
6. Liability
ArcticCon and its organizers are not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
- Travel expenses if the event is cancelled or rescheduled
7. Code of Conduct
All attendees must abide by our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
